Before starting Chicago-based Ziff Capital in 2019, Ben spent the prior twelve years working for various machinery and equipment auctioneers and liquidators, demolition/redevelopment firms, C&I note purchasers, and asset-based lenders. Ben earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from DePaul University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Prior to joining ZiffCap, Caroline worked at SPINS, a leading data and analytics company serving the consumer packaged goods industry. During her time there, she partnered with food, beverage, wellness, and consumer product manufacturers to help them leverage market data and insights to drive growth. At ZiffCap, Caroline focuses on business development, client relationships, and identifying opportunities within the manufacturing, food processing, packaging, and consumer products sectors.
Jack Wang
Senior Associate
Prior to joining ZiffCap as a Senior Associate, Jack studied at University of Notre Dame and finished the Masters of Science in Finance program with Magna Cum Laude designation. During his time at Notre Dame, Jack actively participated in capital market research with multiple professors. Prior to his study at Notre Dame Jack interned at a Shanghai-based private equity firm as an analyst, his focus was on retail industry.

Jon serves on ZiffCap’s Board of Directors. Drawing on experience in manufacturing and business operations, he provides strategic guidance on growth initiatives, industry relationships, and long-term planning.
